If I read the original license text correctly the copyright holder is "The
Regents of the University of California, Department of Energy
contract-operators of the Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National
Laboratory ("Berkeley Lab")", i.e. short "Berkeley Lab". Also may be offensive to the original developers to call them "Old"

Got it! @hswind4 Shuai, can you help to change the copyright to Berkeley Lab for all files?

Thank you for the suggestion, @timokoch, it makes a lot of sense. I've made the change accordingly. You're right that referring to the original developers as “Berkeley Lab” is much more appropriate.
